Certification Specialist
Zorachka* has an immediate need for a Сertification specialist to join a rapidly growing team. We are a team of dedicated professionals with a mission to provide the best solution for the Smart Home.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and maintenance of certification forms and documents including information materials
- Organize and maintain certification files
- Work as a team to review brand name products for compliance with the market standards
- Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards
- Define, monitor and review across all the certification phases, including: the choice of the authorized testing laboratories, mandatory standards identification depending on the target market, certification initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, control, close out activities, resource requirements and dependencies
- Participate in the development and implementation of the product plans, management plans and processes, constant control and verification with the certification requirements
- Identification and prioritization of the certification risks, budget objectives and workforce requirements
- Develop preliminary project schedules, integration and dependency milestones based on input from the project team
- Perform a variety of cost/budget studies, request and conduct agreements, prepare quotations and invoices and research assignments, requiring analysis and interpretation of data.
- Monitor progress and performance against established terms of reference and plans.

- Conduct daily meetings and solve day to day certification process issues within the team and authorized testing laboratories, conduct remote sessions
- Assist with the certification specific directions to Zorachka employees on a daily basis
- Ensure that each department has sufficient information, resources, requirements and materials to guarantee the conformance of the product to the targeted standard
- Work in partnership with the laboratories supervisors and managers to solve certification issues to ensure quality and certification standards are met.
Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant experience in an analytics-oriented role such as business intelligence or data analytics
- Experience in the certification process of the RF-related devices and understanding of the worldwide target market standards
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem solving, analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple certification projects and tests simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent business and technical writing
